Property data isolation
Each tenant operates in an isolated PostgreSQL schema with tenant-aware authorization.
Hotel staff use the property link issued by their hotel, or enter through Hotel Console.
A QRO POS Hospitality Solution connecting guest ordering, Enterprise Restaurant POS Platform workflows, Hotel Room Service POS Software, kitchen execution and management insight—without forcing guests to download an app.

Solutions by business type
Three kinds of business, three different journeys. Choose yours to see what the guest does, what the kitchen gets and how the bill closes.
For small outlets, dhabas & street food
Stick one QR on your thela, cart or counter. Customers order and pay from their own phone, your kitchen screen rings, and they collect when the food is ready.
The journey, end to end

Buyer questions

No. The guest uses the phone browser. Room number and passcode verification are live; SMS OTP is Roadmap.
Yes. Several phones can add to one running table bill, while water and bill requests reach staff. Split bills are Roadmap unless confirmed during evaluation.
Yes. Menus, hours, preparation routing and staff scope remain outlet-aware while eligible charges can consolidate on one QroPOS folio.
No. External kiosk hardware, attract loop and card-terminal work are explicitly Roadmap. Direct QR, table QR and room QR flows are live.
QRO POS uses real-time delivery and is designed toward a sub-500ms routing target in normal conditions. This is a product design target, not an independently measured SLA.
