For hotel room-service runners and housekeeping staff. Opens the staff app, and keeps ringing for new orders, requests and assignments while the phone is locked.

Install in four steps

1. 1

   Download on the phone

   Open this page on the staff member's Android phone and tap Download. Chrome may warn that the file can harm your device; this is shown for every app installed from outside Play Store. Tap Download anyway.

2. 2

   Allow the install

   Open the downloaded file. If Android asks, allow “Install unknown apps” for Chrome, then tap Install.

3. 3

   Sign in

   Open Hotel Staff Login and sign in with the staff login your hotel gave you.

4. 4

   Allow alerts

   Allow notifications, and allow the app to ignore battery optimisation, so orders keep ringing with the screen off. On Xiaomi, Oppo, Vivo, Realme or Samsung phones also set the app's battery setting to “No restrictions”.
